Our workshops deal with real life interaction, helping sales people think quickly on the feet, over coming objections and establishing relationships very quickly. We incorporate the principals of Improvisation as a training method for these aspects
The GOST Principal
Goals - establish the goals, in measurement terms of the sales team and individuals
Objectives - create the milestones and critical successful factors the will enable the teams or individual to reason their goals
Strategies - how will the objectives be met, what tools, target markets, customer interaction methods
Tactics - what is the plan, starting tomorrow, the next step, action.
