Randy Sabourin Blog
Principle and Founder Randy Sabourin has been delivering Sales & Marketing training and technology to clients around the world for over 20 years. He has contributed to various publications and co-developed content with several training organizations. Randy has been the VP of Sales & Marketing for various corporations such as Virtual Integration Associates, Descartes, InTELaTECH and Sockeye Solutions. The experience of training sales teams and having to deliver revenue in the high tech market lead him to develop the premise of Improvisation as an essential tool for success. Randy has a degree in Composition and Arranging from Berklee College of Music which has helped him focus on creating material for the structure and practice of Business Improvisation. Randy currently sits on the Board of Directors as President of the Canadian Crohns and Colitis Foundation (CCFC.ca), The Uptown Jazz Festival (uptownjazzfestival.com) as well as the Strategic Leadership Forum (slftoronto.com). Rebecca Northan
Rebecca has been teaching improvisation and creativity in the corporate sector for 6 years. Some of her past clients include: Proctor and Gamble, S.A.P., The Investor's Group and the Royal Bank, to name a few. Rebecca has been working as a professional actor and director for 17 years. She has played in theatres across Canada and was a member of the Second City Main Stage in Toronto. Rebecca's work has been favorably recognized having recently earned her nominations for a Gemini, a Dora award, and five consecutive Canadian Comedy Award nominations. She is also the recipient of Global Television's "Woman of Vision Award" for her entrepreneurial work in the field of business and improvisation. Most recently Rebecca has a starting role in CTV’s “Alice I think” and guest starring on “This Hour has 22 Minutes”. top
Albert Howell
Albert began his comedy career in Calgary, performing at the Loose Moose Theatre, and in local clubs. Eventually he made his way to Toronto and the Second City Theatre where he
wrote and performed three revues, all nominated for Dora Awards. After Second City, Albert teamed up with Andrew Currie to form the Devil's Advocates who hosted their own show on The Comedy Network for two seasons. Since then Albert has performed at The Just For Laughs Improv Tournament, The Chicago Improv Festival, and an improvised soap opera pilot for CBC. His other work includes Child-star, Harold and Kumar go to White Castle, a short film called Plain Brown Rapper and The Conan O'Brien Show, as well as many commercials, most recently playing an angry Christmas Elf. Albert is currently starring in the sketch comedy show Comedy Inc on CTV and writing for “This Hour has 22 Minutes”. top
